The meeting room is an online work space where users of the site come together in real time. When you enter the meeting room you will see a page that looks like this:-

Click on "Enter as a guest" and then enter the name you would like to be known as during the meeting.

If I have not started a meeting then you will see a page asking you to wait. Your browser will automatically change when I do start the meeting. Please call the phone number listed at the meeting start time.

To access the meeting room for a meeting you must be a registered user of this site. Choose "Home" from the main menu and register if you have not already done so.  When you log in choose the option "Access Meeting Room" in the "Site Management" menu.
